In 2021, we initiated “Agroforestry Open Weekend” as a way for farms and other sites which have an area of agroforestry to be open for visitors in a coordinated way over a particular weekend in the year. In 2021 six farms were involved. In 2022, it was ten - both in the UK and Ireland. It has been great fun for everyone involved and a really good way of sharing knowledge and experiences with members of the public who are interested and other farmers keen to give agroforestry a go. 

This year’s open weekend will take place between the 19-21 May 2023. We expect to have more sites and more participants and hope that you too can take part.
