Despite the known benefits of Mixed Farming and Agroforestry systems, direct policies supporting these farming systems remain a minority, both in Europe and internationally. AGROMIX has developed an inventory of the current policy support for these practices in Europe, and a few select countries outside of Europe. The aim of which was to identify bottlenecks and develop policy recommendations to facilitate the uptake of these integrated farming systems.
